4 females pregnant!

I have been waiting to see some of my female pregnant, however each time i weight them, there is no sign of pregnancy. But this round is difference, I noticed there is total of 4 females is in pregnant! I have roughly guess of the babies they carry, total should be have about 6 babies.

Currently, Fei Buo, Butter, Ruth and Joe is in Pregnant, will see what is the out come of this round. Hopefully to see some beautiful Beige baby chins/ :D

Chinchilla In A Box

This year I been experience quite a lot of lost on my baby chinchilla. I think in total I have 17 babies born this year, I believe it should be double the amount next year. In this 17 babies, almost all males begin sold to a new home, female all stay with me for future breeding. Some other male that is too beautiful to let go will also stay with me. Within this year, I have total 6 females die included a adult female that have teeth disease that needed to put sleep to stop her pain. Is hard a decision.

I have learned more about the breeding of chinchilla not just a breeding, there is many thing that turn out unexpected, if I have not doing enough study and research before I go into breeding, I will be in complete disaster with great stress.

The First Female Black Velvat

Been waiting for about 2 years, finally I got a female black velvat born 3 days ago. She is in healthy birth weight, 54gram. And she is gaining weight now, that mean mother milk is coming! Can't wait to see her growing.

Violet put on lots of weight

When I bough him over from singapore, his is about 8 months old, with just 500gram. After much care, his now is a 800gram super cute violet chinchilla! His is 1 of those chin won't bite my hands when I give them my finger...

Snowball's Son

Since snowball begin put to sleep, I have to Foster Tin to another female who just wean her kit. Due to that reason, the female does not produce much milk after wena her own baby, I need to supplyment Tin everyday to help him grow. He did well too. He is active and handsome as other chin now, soon he will be looking for a new home with other baby chin who is ready for sale. He is 153gram today.

Ultra Big!

The Bumper crop I have doesnt fully harvest, I lose 2 female after few day due to fighting, get bite on the mouth and get infection on the mouth, baby can't drink and leave this world. :( I am so sad that 2 healthy female can die like this, is a disaster to me. I been waiting for so long to have a Tan female, some how I still can't have it yet. But I still thank God for the 2 male that is Ultra Big!

The Light Tan have 163gram today, he just 3 weeks!!! This is going be a larger baby I have for this year. He look super cute, I was still wondering should I sale him away... feel like keeping him, cause him going be a great pet for me as well, but I already have plenty of male...



















The other Ebony male, look fantastic as well, he got 143gram for a 3 weeks baby chin, is in good range!
